Coachella Weekend One

Festival season is underway and this year I got to experience one of the biggest festivals of them all! COACHELLA!

This is one experience that has been on my bucket list since I first heard about it when I was about 15. I remember thinking when I was younger that it’s probably something I’d never get to attend as I had heard it was so damn expensive. Not only was I actually able to attend, I was lucky enough to do so on the same year that my all time favourite artist was headlining! Beyoncé getting pregnant last year and cancelling ‘chella 2017 was the biggest blessing for me, haha!

Throwback Thursday: Jayde and Mel take Vegas…

I’ve been putting off writing a new blog post as I was hoping that I would have some good news to share with you. Buttttt… I’m still waiting!😣

When I (finally) get the news I will share it, but for now I’ve come up with a new addition to my blog! Every couple of months, on a Thursday, I am going to share with you a throwback story! I know in last weeks blog post I said I was going to do a ‘life lately’ type post, but I decided to save that for next week as I’m hoping (🤞🏼) to have some good news to share with you all!

I am in no way anti-Valentine’s Day… I actually love it! But, I am going to be spending my third Valentine’s Day alone (even though I am not single😑) so I’m not about to write a ‘perfect ways to celebrate Valentine’s Day with your loved one’ type-post!

January Favourites

As a new edition to my blog, I’ve decided that at the end of every month I’m going to do a ‘favourites’ post.

I’ve seen quite a few bloggers do regular posts on their monthly favorites and I liked the concept a lot. So, every month I will be doing my own ‘favourites’ blog post and will include pretty much anything and everything I am loving that month… movies, TV shows, music, beauty products, clothing, new places I’ve visited… etc etc!☺️

This or That!?

I’ve been a little lazy with my blog over the past couple of weeks, so it’s time to get back on track! I really am only just starting to get back to normality after Christmas. One of my best friends came to visit me in NY for 10 days, we had soooo much fun but there really wasn’t anytime for me to sit down and write a post.

So, as I didn’t have a lot of time to write this blog, I thought I’d go with something quick and fun. I saw someone tagged in this on Facebook and thought it would make a good blog post for you to get to know me a little better!

Hello 2018!

I hope everyone had an amazing time celebrating the Christmas holidays and bringing in the New Year… I know I did!

The past couple weeks have been crazy so I hadn’t planned what I would write as my first blog post for 2018… so sharing a few of my favourite memories from 2017 and my goals for 2018 would probably be the best way to begin!
